HOW TO BUY?

To buy in our store is very easy, browse our website between the different product pages and click on the desired product. For more information about the product, you can check its description where it has information and technical sheet. Click on add to cart and after that the product will be added to your shopping cart.

Keep browsing our website until you choose all the products you want to purchase. Now just go to your shopping cart in the upper right corner and proceed with the order.

Once this is done, complete your registration by filling in your personal data and delivery address and finally make the payment.

Your order will be processed and we will process the production order, you can get payment confirmation, shipping and tracking updates through the My Account channel or by contacting our Customer Service Center.

With regard to your personal data, address, payment and order content, you can be sure that they will not be used for purposes other than processing your orders, and therefore will not be disclosed under any circumstances.

HOW WILL THE SHIPMENT BE DONE?

All products purchased on our website will be shipped via DHL. The order will be dispatched after the stipulated production period upon confirmation of payment. Delivery time varies by region, being aware that inconveniences may occur during customs clearance processing, generating undesirable delays, any additional recipient information required DHL will contact the same.

Make sure you have someone at the registered address to receive your order, if DHL is unable to deliver the parcel, the order is returned to us for re-sending the order, the shipping cost will be charged. In cases where delivery was not made by DHL, due to inconsistency or error when registering your address, the shipping cost will be charged for the order to be resent.

We are not responsible for any delays by DHL, which may occur more frequently during festive seasons and strikes.

Once your order is shipped, the status of the order is changed by the system. You will receive in your email the tracking number in which you can check the delivery update through the DHL website.

HOW WILL DELIVERY BE MADE?

Delivery will be made by DHL to the address registered at the time of purchase. Please fill in your address correctly, as incomplete and/or incorrect filling may prevent the shipment/delivery of your product, if the product has to be resent because of incorrectly registered addresses, the shipping will be charged.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday until late afternoon. In certain locations, deliveries are also made on Saturdays.

We are not responsible for incorrectly registered addresses and not withdrawn products from the competent body, so we do not refund the money for the product in these cases.

HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?

Once you complete your purchase, you will make the secure payment through PayPal. Further instructions will be passed during the payment process.

HOW LONG IS THE PRODUCT WARRANTY?

All our products have 12 months warranty and can be verified through the physical information that comes with the product or with our Service Channel.
